The Northern Auckland Free Kindergarten Association is embarking on an exciting phase of modernisation, growth and excellence. We currently provide ECE services throughout the North Harbour, Hibiscus Coast and Rodney regions. We currently have over 120 professional teachers providing exceptional learning environments for the 1,054 children enrolled in our 13 Kindergartens and two Early Learning Centres.

Do you have:
- A wealth of experience in early childhood education?
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for supporting and growing strong teams?
- Knowledge and commitment to Tikanga Maori?
- Strong knowledge and understanding of early childhood education, legislation, regulations and health and safety?
- An understanding of strategic and operational planning?
- Knowledge of Enviroschools and sustainable environments?

Northern Auckland Free Kindergarten Association is looking for an exceptional Professional Practice Leader (previously known as Teaching Services Manager – TSM) to join our team.
Working alongside our existing Professional Practice Leader and as part of our Senior Management Team, the position will play a critical role in ensuring our Association continues to deliver an exceptional service to our communities.
